Delivery & Returns
As a customer of AQUA 7EVEN we offer standard free delivery service.
Standard delivery operates weekdays
Monday – Friday
- Orders received after 1:00 pm est. will be processed the next business day
- All USA orders take approx. 2-7 working days.
- Most orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days
- We do not ship on saturday, sunday, or holidays
- E-mail notification with your tracking number will be sent once your order ships
- Orders over $200.00 will be shipped “signature required”, unless requested otherwise
- Unfortunately, we don’t deliver to all usa locations. delivery excludes: Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, northern Mariana islands, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Island
Reliability is key, which is why we use a signed-for delivery service for orders over $200.
Please make sure you or someone you know will be present either at a home or work address to accept your delivery. If no-one is in we’ll make sure we leave a card so that a re-delivery can be arranged, or you can collect from the depot.
For both free and paid deliveries, you will need to make sure that you cover any ingoing customs or taxes costs should any be incurred when shipping to your destination.
Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.
Due to unforeseen circumstances there may be some delays with delivery company, if your order has not arrived within 14 business days, please email us at info@aqua7even.com, and we will fix this for you.
There will be a flat rate of $30 for international shipping. If you are placing an international order, please ensure that you’ve filled in your proper address. Please note that we are not liable for custom clearance fees in your country and holding times of packages by customs in your country. This is unfortunately out of our control.
DHL has end-to-end tracking. Please do not reject/refuse a delivery due to customs fees. If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees, there will be a return fee deducted from your refund to cover return shipping due to your refusal.
We try our best to give our customers the best shopping experience with on time delivery, but sometimes international deliveries can take longer than expected.
Returns & Exchanges
If the merchandise is returned damaged, the return will not be accepted and sent back to the customer at your own cost.
Please note items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted.
Our return instructions on the returns sheet enclosed with your delivery makes sending it back easy. Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 14 days of receipt.
If you can’t find your return sheet, email us – info@aqua7even.com we’ll be happy to help you out.
When filling out the sheet, please make sure you indicate if you would like a refund or an exchange.
Payments will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card. Returns for refund are processed immediately and refunds are within 5 working days depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.
Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable. If your return is due to a defective item or a mistake made by AQUA 7EVEN, we will be responsible for shipping a replacement to you or cover your original shipping fees in the case of a refund.
Please note SALE items are also refundable unless stated otherwise during purchase.
