Refund policy
Although we work hard to give you the perfect fit, sometimes the fit may not be right for you, we’re happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all tags and labels intact and be free from make-up and all stains. It must also have not been washed or altered in any way.
If the merchandise is returned damaged, the return will not be accepted and sent back to the customer at your own cost.
All orders placed online can be returned within 14 days. We include a return address with every order.
Please note items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted.
It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by AQUA 7EVEN when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.
Our return instructions on the returns sheet enclosed with your delivery makes sending it back easy. Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 14 days of receipt.

When filling out the sheet, please make sure you indicate if you would like a refund or an exchange
You can exchange your item for any size or item (permitted it’s in stock) Exchanges will be shipped out to you free of charge. You can exchange your merchandise for items of the same style in a different size or color.
Payments will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card. Returns for refund are processed immediately and refunds are within 5 working days depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.
Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable. If your return is due to a defective item or a mistake made by AQUA 7EVEN, we will be responsible for shipping a replacement to you or cover your original shipping fees in the case of a refund.
Please note SALE items are also refundable unless stated otherwise during purchase.
